Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage is more than simply relaxing muscles. When we look at the difference between Myofascial Release and Myofascial Unwinding, MFR is like a tool that works from the outside in and MFU is working from the inside out! Even though with MFU the points of contact we connect with around the body are on the surface of the body, we will connect deeply with all layers and aspects with the body, allowing the body to unwind and free restrictions, stored memories, systems, and patterns down to a cellular level.
